Please inform us of any issues as soon as you notice them.

A callout service may be available for forgotten keys at a minimum cost of £50. If the service is unavailable and tenants choose to use a locksmith to gain entry they are responsible for the cost. Some locks are on a master key system which will need to be reinstated at the cost of the tenant if they have then lock changed by a locksmith.
