                               Tradesmen when you request a repair or a lawful repair/inspection is due e.g. gas safety

                    If you have rent arrears we may share some information with:

                              Other tenants on your tenancy (if applicable)

                              Your guarantor (if applicable)

We do not share your information with any other companies for any kind of marketing purposes and we will never contact you for marketing purposes.

–        Erase:   We will erase your information 6 years after the end of your tenancy.

Your rights of access.

You have the right to see what personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct inaccuracies or ask for a copy of your personal information to be provided to you or someone else.

In the unlikely event of a security failure leading to the accidental or unlawful loss of, or access to your information it is our responsibility to report it to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.co.uk) who are the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights.  You should contact them if you feel we have misused your information.
